For staffing agencies using the product: your roster (worker names, roles, contact details, facility assignments, availability), credential status and the documents workers upload, and your open shifts including bill rates. All of it serves one purpose: showing you which readiness gaps are blocking real shifts and helping you fix them.

For workers: your agency asks us to collect a specific credential document from you. The upload page tells you who is asking and why. Your document goes to your agency, is reviewed by a person there, and is not used for anything else.

For people requesting a pilot: the details you submit are used to reply to you about a pilot, and nothing else. No mailing lists.

We do not sell data. We do not use worker data or credential documents to train machine-learning models. We do not contact workers except as directed by their agency. We do not mix one agency’s data with another’s.

Supabase (database and document storage), Vercel (application hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (automatic document reading — documents are processed to extract dates and names, and the output is reviewed by a person at your agency).

Agencies can export everything self-service at any time. On leaving, data is deleted on the documented schedule in our data-lifecycle policy, and we are explicit that backups age out within their retention window rather than being edited. Workers who want their information corrected or removed should contact their agency, which holds the relationship — we assist the agency in fulfilling it.
